Alexandre KATZNER is specialised in real estate and property law.
He assists private clients in the structuring and organisation of real estate transactions, as well as in the management of their business.
He also assists institutional clients in real estate transactions in the residential and service sectors.
He works in particular on cross-border transactions for English-speaking clients in the field of real estate sales and estate planning.
He started his career as an M&A lawyer with Latham & Watkins and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton law firms before joining the finance department of a global leader in the energy sector in its M&A department. He is a graduate of ESSEC (“grande école” programme, 05), a LL.M from New York University (LL.M in Corporate Law, 02) and an MBA from INSEAD (MBA, 11) and a former member of the Paris Bar.
He is also a laureate of the Faculty of Law in Strasbourg.
His working languages are French and English. As such, he assists on a daily basis english-speaking clients on issues regarding real estate, family law and estate planning.
